Following a change in ownership, from 2024, we welcome our dear guests under the name Villa Amphora.

Our apartment house is located in the heart of the city, approximately 300 meters from the world-famous thermal lake.

A quiet, peaceful environment and a friendly atmosphere are guaranteed.

We have a total of 10 apartments, all of which overlook the garden.

Room categories: one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartment (suite).

Our apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette, living-dining area, bedroom, and bathroom, most of them featuring a terrace. The two-bedroom apartments (suites) comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartments are wheelchair accessible and can be reached by elevator.

For those arriving by car, parking is available in the underground garage for an additional fee (maximum vehicle height: 210 cm).

Our accommodation can also be booked with catering, which is provided at a pleasant restaurant just 100 meters away. Due to our affiliated health services, our property is adult-friendly and unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.

The inspiration behind the name of our apartment house:

In 1975, under the leadership of István Plózer, the Hévíz Spring Cave was discovered. It is the only strictly protected cave in the Zala Hills. Its most monumental feature is the spherical Amphora Hall, which contains a cold-water spring (17.7°C, some sources say 26.3°C) and a warm-water spring (41.5°C). The mixing of their waters results in 38 °C thermal water flowing out of the narrow cave entrance.
